    Its made up is typical like FAN REGULATOR;
    A square body of ; 6.5" all side x 5.5" height in total with moving knob.
    The unpacked weight is; 3654 grams -complete CI metal body .

    Its legs, back side round hole plate and cut side wall , 13 points to raise & lower power , inside springs plates
    all suggest a special equipment for special purpose.
