A unique piece of trench art from WWI!
This Spoon was made from a .303 rifle cartridge that dates to 1915.
See markings on bottom of the cartridge (U 15 VII)
Measures 5 3/4" long.
The silverplate spoon implement was made by English silversmith James Dixon & Sons and dates to the 1920s.
It is in good used condition with some wear.
I have left it unpolished.
